Equipment
During our sessions, we use a variety of equipment including tyres, battle ropes, boxing gear, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, and resistance bands to keep every workout challenging and fun.
Qualification’s
As a certified YMCA Level 2 Fitness Instructor, I have the skills and knowledge to create structured, dynamic, and safe fitness sessions.
